Okay, today was officially the hottest day on the trail yet.  We got up extra early and STILL, we caught the heat of the beating rays of the Spanish sun.  Apparently this is nothing compared to what´s coming in June.  We may have to start getting up at 3am!  We stopped numerous times to snack on fruit and of course bread, and take our shoes and socks off.  The worst is putting them back on after sitting a while...A lot of moans and groans for stiff muscles...Ow...Walked 30km today.  It felt pretty long but we did it in 7 hours again.  That´s our average. 

We are now in Logroño.  Checked into the hostal an hour ago, showered did laundry.  We are going to go check out the town and see what it´s like, get some food for tonight- I think we´re going to do omelettes- nothing like a good breakfast for dinner!  Ooooo....and maybe a con leche too...we´ll drink one for you, Vanessa!
