Cangas, 9am

Buenos dias muchachos!  We had another lazy Sunday yesterday.  Hard to believe one week ago we finished the Camino in Santiago.  And today we are on our way back there so that we can fly to Paris, gather my suitcase with the rest of our belongings and head on to Rome the next day.

Okay, now, yes- some of you received an email about the latest blog entitled ¨Sauced on a Saturday night" which I did indeed write after we left the bar that night and yes- I had had a few and was feeling rather silly--only writing the blog for fun, not really intending to send it- and then Stephen, who was sitting beside me hit "post".  I didn´t want to regret anything so I deleted it almost immediately.  Sorry folks.  Just know that we had a good time, enjoyed some late night munchies and had a few laughs :)  (I have officially turned into a lightweight- "2 drink Pressburger", Stephen´s been calling me)  My liver is thanking me.

After a lazy morning, we went for a walk down the beachstrip the other way, unfortunately a lot of clouds again so we came back, played cards, had a siesta, made some dinner, lay on the beach for the hour of sunshine that appeared, watched a bit of TV and called it a day. 

I am officially ready to go to Italy.  I´m excited and a bit nervous but looking forward to meeting all the other singers and settling into our apartment in Vada.  We will be sharing a place with 2 other girls from the program.  We will have our own room but share kitchen and bathroom with the girls.  We will also be 10 minutes from a white sands beach, which, Stephen has informed me, is where he will be if ever I can´t find him :) My boyfriend, the beach bum.  Ah, European summer...

So, I must go and pack the rest of my belongings.  We are leaving our fabulous hotel today in Cangas where we have had a very relaxing week.  We will take the ferry back to Vigo then walk to the bus station downtown to catch our bus to Santiago.  Stephen is already plotting how we can sneak back into the Parador to enjoy that amazing brunch again! ;)

Also, once we get to Italy, I have been informed that there is virtually no wireless where we will be, so although I will have my computer back, it sounds as if I will have to go internet cafes anyway.  We will see what happens but I may not be sending posts as often.  Stay tuned...love to you all...
