Happy Thanksgiving everyone! 

Hope you're all doing well.  I realized it's been quite a while since I've checked in and thought it would be a good time to update.  I guess the main reason we haven't is that we have developed quite a routine; most days are pretty much the same: wake up, go to the gym, go to the studio where Stephen is doing healing sessions, come home, eat dinner, relax and watch TV.  (We're now hooked on Fringe and Supernatural.)  In the last couple of weeks I have added to that routine by rehearsing and pulling together music for a performance I am doing this coming Friday.  Our hosts are friends with a woman who is doing an event called "Red Carpet Friday" at her design studio and she was looking for some entertainment and asked if I would like to sing, so I will be doing two sets in the afternoon.  It should be fun...looking forward to getting back at it.

Other than that, we have been super spoiled by our amazing hosts.  They are wonderfully generous people.  We got to enjoy a huge Thanksgiving dinner with them and their family yesterday,  Delicious.  And last weekend they took us out to their cabin near Fernie, BC.  So nice and relaxing...We also went to a concert a couple of weeks ago; Deva Premal and Miten, a couple who travel all over the world 11 months of the year performing really cool mantras and chanting; really beautiful and uplifting music. 

And yes, winter is pretty well already here.  I can see my breath, the car needs to be warmed up in the morning and I desperately need to buy some mittens! We're already dreaming about taking off again...don't know if we want to stick around for Canadian winter this year...

Hard to believe we have just over a week left here.  Wow- a month went by fast!  Would love to know how you're all doing...it's off to Vancouver for us next week.
